Growing Your Fan Base

We assist our clients develop stronger relationships with their “elusive fan” or consumer with cause marketing partnerships, media events and event marketing. Here are a few examples.

Cause Marketing Expertise

Game Day Communications specializes in cause marketing campaigns working with celebrity-athletes and/or major league organizations including the Cincinnati Reds, Marvin Lewis (Head Coach, Cincinnati Bengals) and Anthony Muñoz (NFL Hall of Fame Offensive Lineman). In each campaign, we communicate the event or program and the cause associated with the event in addition to key messages (mission statement, beneficiaries of funds and brand statement).

Bronson Arroyo/Cincinnati Reds Community Fund Benefit Concert

All-Star Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo committed to performing at a benefit concert to support the Reds Community Fund and their inner-city baseball outreach efforts. In less than one month, Game Day Communications worked with the Reds and Arroyo to secure a title sponsor and venue along with marketing the event and ensuring a positive experience for the sell-out audience of 1,000 fans. Additionally, we worked to ensure existing and potential corporate partners of the Reds Community Fund were treated to an all-access experience including a meet and greet with Arroyo and front-row seating.

Results of the campaign, included:

  • Capacity audience of 1,000+
  • Title sponsorship of the event to offset all expenses
